They’re also critical for hormonal, enzyme, neurotransmitter and hemoglobin production.

EAAs are amino acids that our bodies can’t make on its own, so they have to be obtained from our diet.

Serving Suggestion

Mix 1-2 scoops (15g per scoop) with 300-400ml cold water in your shaker.
