At tbJP, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all supplements remain sealed and apparel is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals on nutritional products are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
